How to Remove Wine Stains From Clothing

1.) Blot dry with a paper towel on both the front and back of stain. Note to self: Do not push hard because this will make the stain worse

2.) mix a small amount of laundry detergent (no bleach) with hydrogen peroxide in cold water and dunk the stain for one to two hours.

3.) If stain is still present, sprinkle kosher salt or baking soda over the stain and let sit for a few minutes. Wash away the salt with a damp cloth.

4.) Once complete with steps one to three wash normally with a washing machine in cold water.

And if you spill an entire glass of pinot noir on the light beige carpet - Resolve works great. Spray it on, leave for a bit, then sponge it off. And honestly, the stain is completely gone!
(also works on strong French Roast)
Not that I'd know these things.

Ps My husband says to remind everyone that you only do this after getting down on your knees and sucking up all the wine!
