Italian wine is my favorite wine when done right. Silky, dense, sophisticated, unpredictable, wild, new and ecxiting every time. That being said u need to find a wide decantor to let it breathe for a few hours before u drink it. U need to make sure it is aged in just the perfect conditions after u buy it. U need to swish it in your mouthe for a good five seconds before u get any flavor. U need to really spend time swirling it in your glass before u get a sense of what it is all about.
When u are done with the courting, the wine will reward u with some of the silkyest soft textures of any wine anywhere in the world. The physical grip is second to none and the personality shifts from shy to outgoing.
